Refund policy

Limited Edition & Standard Products

For all artworks and products (including limited editions), we offer aΒ 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected by our team.

Returns Process

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us at info@neonidols.com within 7 days of delivery.
Make sure to include your order number in the email so we can process your request quickly.


Custom Orders

Please note that due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of custom signs, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for custom orders.

Order Modifications

Buyers have a 4-hour window after placing a custom order to request any modifications. Requests must be made in writing and confirmed by our team.


Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, please notify both the courier and our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The notification must include clear photographic or video evidence of the damage, including the packaging.

  • Claims made after this period may not be honored.


Handcrafted Nature & Color Variations

All Neonidols works are handcrafted, and as such, minor variations in shape, color, or texture may occur.
Slight differences may also result from monitor or printer settings. These natural deviations are a part of the artwork’s character and do not qualify as faults.


Inspection & Defect Notification

Please inspect your artwork upon delivery. Any concerns regarding defects, damage, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 24 hours.
The Seller must be given the opportunity to assess the issue before any resolution is offered.
If no claim is made within this timeframe, the artwork is considered accepted and free of fault.
