Shipping policy

Shipping

  • NeonIdols offers free domestic shipping across the USA on all products and custom orders.

  • Standard delivery time: Ships within 3-4 days. Delivered in 5–10 business days.

  • Exception: Products from the LEDMansion collection ship from Italy and may require additional delivery time.

Payment

  • Orders placed via webshop can be paid using Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, or credit cards.

  • For custom orders, payment is accepted by bank transfer.Β Payment instructions are provided in the order confirmation email, and the Buyer must include the order number in the transfer reference.

Warranty

  • All NeonIdols products are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty does not apply to damages caused by:

    • incorrect installation,

    • improper use,

    • or physical damage during operation.

  • In case of a warranty claim, the Buyer must return the product, properly packaged, to NeonIdols’ Texas facility. NeonIdols is not liable for damages resulting from improper packaging.

  • Inspection of returned products takes up to 14 days. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, NeonIdols will provide an identical replacement within 14–21 days. Replacement with a different product is not possible.

Damaged Goods During Shipping

  • The Buyer must inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt.

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, including:

    • clear photos of the product,

    • clear photos of the original packaging.

  • Retaining the original packaging is mandatory for courier inspection. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
