Identification of the Supplier

The NeonIdols brand is operated by SH Group Kft. (Hungary, 9026 Gyor, Bacsai str. 140., Tax ID: HU28822796), hereinafter referred to as the β€œSupplier.”
For the United States market, the Supplier operates neonidolsusa.com, offering artworks manufactured locally in Texas, USA.

Identification of the Buyer

By finalizing an order on the NeonIdols USA website (neonidolsusa.com), a legally binding contract is established between the Supplier and the individual or entity placing the order (the β€œBuyer”).

Products and Ordering

  • NeonIdols offers both Custom Orders and Limited Edition / Standard Products.

  • Products are described on the website with images and specifications. While we make every effort to display them accurately, minor variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the artworks. These are not considered defects.

  • Orders are placed by adding items to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. Quantities and selections can be modified before order completion.

  • Once finalized, orders cannot be modified unless otherwise specified in these Terms.

Production Timeline

  • Limited Edition Products: Generally shipped within 5–10 business days from order confirmation.

  • Custom Orders: Production begins once a 50% advance payment has been received. The remaining 50% must be settled before shipping. Timelines are communicated individually at the time of order.

Payments can be made using Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards), or Shop Pay.

Buyer’s Right of Withdrawal & Returns

  • Custom Orders: As these artworks are made specifically to the Buyer’s request, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

  • Limited Edition & Standard Products: Buyers may return products within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

    • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is inspected and approved by the Supplier.

To request a return, Buyers must contact info@neonidols.com with their order number.

If the Supplier fails to deliver the ordered products within 30 business days after the agreed production timeline, and no alternative arrangement is reached, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the order. In this case, the Supplier must refund the full amount already paid by the Buyer within 14 business days.

Damaged or Defective Goods

  • If an item arrives damaged, the Buyer must notify the Supplier within 24 hours of delivery, including photographic or video evidence of the damage (including packaging).

  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

  • If approved, the Supplier will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Modifications

  • Buyers have a 4-hour window after placing a custom order to request modifications in writing.

  • For limited edition products, modifications are generally not possible after checkout is completed.

Supplier’s Right of Withdrawal

  • If payment is not received within the specified timeframe for a bank transfer order, the Supplier reserves the right to cancel the order.

  • In such cases, neither party has further obligations.

Data Protection & Privacy

  • The Supplier processes personal data in compliance with applicable EU (GDPR) and US data protection laws.

  • Buyer information is collected only for the purpose of order fulfillment, delivery, and customer service.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties except where required for logistics, payment processing, or legal compliance.

Other Provisions

  • The Supplier’s management is the only authority entitled to grant exceptions to these Terms.

  • If any provision of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  • This contract is governed by Hungarian law, and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.

  • For orders placed via neonidolsusa.com, production and fulfillment take place in Texas, USA, specifically for the US market
